I’m seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to help with the daily operations of my business. If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping with time management, email, calendar maintenance, and website upkeep, this role is a perfect fit for you.

Position Overview

As my Virtual Assistant, your primary tasks will include:

Time entry and trackingEmail management and inbox organizationCalendar maintenance and schedulingWebsite maintenance and updatesAssisting with other administrative tasks as needed

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and have experience in managing emails, calendars, and websites. This is a great opportunity to work closely with me and help support the growth of my business.

This is a virtual position with flexible hours and no travel required. You will need your own computer, stable internet connection, and phone.

Requirements

Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role

Strong knowledge of email management and calendar tools

Proficiency in website maintenance (preferably GoHighLevel)

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Strong communication skills (phone, email, and instant messaging)

Position Overview

As the Bookkeeper Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing bookkeeping tasks and maintaining clear communication with our clients. Your primary duties will include:

Managing bookkeeping tasks for Christian business owners

Ensuring accurate and timely financial recordkeeping

Communicating with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates

Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports

Assisting with tax preparation and ensuring compliance

Providing guidance and support to clients as needed

Helping clients with financial planning and strategy

Coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth workflow

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting Christian business owners in managing their finances.
